Vanson developed a program that rewards DSRs for sales, and created a learn-and-earn education portal that provides detailed product videos and earning opportunities for completing product knowledge quizzes.
Enrolled DSRs upload a completed sales report form and invoice.
Award points are calculated and deposited into the DSR’s award account.
DSRs can watch product videos and complete product knowledge quizzes to earn bonus award points.
Manufacturer receives online reports showing detailed program results for all DSR participants, and a report with end-user data (product sold, product mix, etc.).
